Ben has a lead role in the Mazars UK transfer pricing team and the Mazars International Transfer Pricing Steering Committee; coordinating multi-country projects and advising on OECD BEPS related matters including Country by Country Reporting. He has 15 years experience in international corporate tax advisory and nine years in transfer pricing including transfer pricing diagnostic risks analysis, preparation of documentation, transaction planning, restructuring, tax controversy, Advance Pricing Arrangements. and CbCr reviews. In wider applications of transfer pricing he has provided technical support to Expert Witnesses in commercial and professional negligence cases involving transfer pricing.
