Marco has relevant experience in in M&A tax law with coordination and corporate income tax analysis in several large projects, as well as a broad background in both tax law and business administration. Marco also has relevant experience advising clients in an international context, ranging from tax structuring and advice to compliance for individuals and legal entities.

Marco is part of the Mazars Transaction Services tax business group since 2020 and as such has been involved in 50+ due diligence assignments over the course of the last few years.
