Thierry Boonstra is director in the Amsterdam office dedicated on M&A Tax. Thierry also has relevant experience advising national and international companies in the infrastructure and renewable energy sector.

He is part of the Mazars transaction Services Tax business group and as such coordinates and carries out tax due diligences. Thierry is part of the Mazars Transaction Services tax business group since 2017 and as such has been involved in 100+ due diligence assignments over the course of the last few years.
