Michael has approximately 20 years of experience providing advisory, audit, accounting, and tax services, and specialises in delivering such services to domestic and international companies in industrials, food and beverage, and consumer products in the manufacturing and distribution segment. He has extensive experience in advising clients on exit strategies, succession planning, and restructuring. Michael also has experience relating to contractual arrangements, gross profit improvement analysis, costing and valuation of inventory, as well as debt and equity transactions. Michael has assisted clients in M&A transactions both on the buy and the sell side as well as restructuring. His experience includes advisory services relating to operational management meeting, cost reduction/containment analysis, profitability analysis, inventory management, human capital allocation with the implementation of technology, cash flow modeling. Michael is currently the M&D national practice leader leading the largest segment of the firm with more than 20 partners. Michael received his BA in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
