Karishma is a valuation expert with over 16 years of experience in valuations of businesses across industries and purposes with a focus on infrastructure and energy.

Her work in valuation and project finance has included core and non-core infra spread out across energy (renewable, thermal, gas), social infrastructure (schools, accommodation, hospitals, etc.), transport (road, rail, airports, ports), logistics, digital infrastructure (data centres, telecom) and mining amongst others.

She has also previously served as the global Head of Valuation for John Laing Group Plc, a UK listed infrastructure investor which provides her a deeper understanding of valuation processes of infrastructure funds and their requirements.

She has also worked in India and Hong Kong which helps provide a global perspective in valuation and project finance. In India, she led various teams in a range of assignments across Corporate Restructuring, Valuation and Financial Modelling. She has worked on valuations of companies, funds, real estate, intangibles assets, purchase price allocations as well as corporate advisory services for various purposes and across industries. Having worked previously with a bank in Hong Kong in project finance, she has developed expertise in financing across debt and equity structures.

Karishma is a Chartered Accountant and a has a Masters in Banking and Finance.
