Bob has more than 20 years experience in PPP and project Finance across the Infrastructure sector. He leads the Mazars Global Infrastructure Finance Team of more than 170 professionals located in offices in New York, London, Toronto, Tokyo, Delhi and Sydney. In his career he has advised clients from both the public and private sectors at all stages of transactions across Social and Economic infrastructure .

• Buy side adviser to a fund purchasing a mixed portfolio of PPP and renewable 16 assets in Spain and France
• Financial adviser to the European investment Bank in respect of PPP frameworks in 9 FEMIP countries
• Leads the Mazars Consortium on the EBRD PPP preparation facility framework
