Edouard Lecoeur joined Mazars in 2011 to develop the offer Public & Infrastructure Finance in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) department. He has in this respect seventeen years of vast experience in financial advisory for public, infrastructure and real estate sector. He has advised nearly 200 cross-boarder and locals deals for private equity, multinational corporate clients and public entities.These interventions include financial and strategic advice for the local public sector and financial engineering to promote the real estate and infrastructure transactions.
