Jessica is a director in the Accounting Technical Services (“ATS”)  team and has over ten years’ specialist experience in providing financial reporting and accounting technical advice to clients under UK GAAP (including FRS 101 and FRS 102), International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) and applicable company law. Jessica is experienced in providing practical implementation and application advice to clients, and the firm’s audit teams, on complex accounting and financial reporting issues across a range of sectors, as well as providing advice on financial reporting compliance within financial statements. Jessica specialises in FRS 102 following her appointment with the Financial Reporting Council to assist with the development of the UK GAAP. She is also responsible for leading the team’s communications and ensuring clients, and the firm’s audit teams, are keep up-to-date with the ever-changing application of IFRS, UK GAAP and applicable company law. Jessica is a fellow of the ICAEW and is a member of the ICAEW’s Financial Reporting Faculty Editorial Board.
