Jenny is experienced in advising clients in complex international and domestic tax regulations for entrepreneurial and family owned businesses, as well as private and high net worth clients. Particularly experienced in shareholder planning and wealth management. Dealing with corporate and individual tax issues such as domestic and cross-border restructurings, intra-group transactions, mergers between Swedish and EU companies, withholding tax, corporate income tax, thin capitalization rules, permanent establishment issues as well as succession planning for entrepreneurs, expatriation, employee participation programs, trusts, tax compliance services and tax litigation.
