Mazars LLP is currently assisting a distressed business based in the Wirral, to urgently seek a buyer for its business and assets.
The Company was placed into Administration on 25 April 2017. The sale of its business and assets is now being carried out by the Joint Administrators.
The Company manufactures tooling for aviation businesses from leasehold premises in the Wirral.
The main assets relate to plant and machinery and debtors and there are a number of assets which are subject to hire purchase agreements.
The Company had 18 employees prior to Administration, of which seven have been retained to assist with ongoing trading.
Offers are invited from interested parties who are seeking to purchase either the business as a going concern or the assets in the first instance. In the event that no purchaser is sought, the assets which are not required for trading will be auctioned by our agents in due course.
