Business for Sale – Men’s Skincare Provider

Mazars LLP have been instructed by a men’s skincare provider to assist them with a sale of their business via an accelerated M&A transaction.

The company supplies bespoke luxury skincare products for men on a wholesale and retail basis to well known, high-end retailers in the UK, both instore and online and operates from premises in Scotland. In addition, the formulas for the products are created in house.  The Company has two products in the pipeline that are a 16-week testing period away from being introduced into the market with assistance from the main manufacturing partner.

The company began trading in March of this year following 4 years of brand development. The brand has received wide and positive coverage in the UK press, including Men’s Health and GQ magazines and has received significant interest from bloggers, retailers and overseas markets.

The brand has also recently won 2 prestigious beauty awards in May 2017 and is nominated at this year’s leading industry awards later this year.

The Company is continuing to trade although at a reduced capacity. The main assets relate to;

• A growing, marketable business;
• The associated brands and goodwill;
• Full e-commerce platform and CMS;
• A number of international trademarks;
• Stock.

The company has retained a key employee and management to assist with a small amount of orders and maintaining customer relationships.
